Liquid cooling technology has become the mainstream choice for heat dissipation of high-density servers. This paper analyses the secondary-side cooling water conditions in a liquid-cooled data center. By adopting a hot water lithium bromide absorption refrigeration system, it utilizes waste heat as the power source for cooling in summer, and in winter, a plate heat exchanger is employed to process the waste heat and the exchanged secondary water is used as a heat source to provide heat for the surrounding areas. By fully utilizing waste heat recovery, the data center is transformed from a year-round heat sink center into a cold source center and a heat source center, providing a technical support for the ultimate realization of a truly zero-carbon emission data center.
